About
NASHMIA HAROON
Founder / Creative Director / Curator
Nashmia Haroon, an independent curator, visual artist, and founder of an artist-run space, focuses her curatorial practice on artists who explore non-representational imagery, gender, sound, and text as a visual tool. Her work also examines the intersection of the built environment with the study of nature, space, and memory. Additionally, Haroon investigates "Musawiri," a traditional South Asian image-making technique, and its contemporary applications in art-making, blending past tools with modern practices.
